Corvest Private Equity, LLC Acquires Corvest SPV, LLC
Corvest Private Equity, LLC (CPE), a newly formed investment vehicle, has acquired Corvest SPV, LLC. CPE is actively engaging in a "roll up" growth strategy where the synergies of the company's combined business infrastructure are utilized to reduce costs and broaden sales.
Santa Fe Springs, CA (PRWEB) May 13, 2010 -- CPE, in the continuous process of acquiring distressed corporations and vertically integrating them into its current business infrastructure, has acquired the assets of Corvest, a top 40 promotional products supplier headquartered in Largo, Florida.
According to Bernard Findley, Managing Member of CPE as well as CEO of each of its operating businesses, "the acquisition of Corvest and its three world-class brands, Adva-Lite, Toppers and It's all Greek To Me, brings incredible assets and opportunities to the CPE family of brands. By acquiring Corvest, we've also obtained access to an expansive sales channel." Findley adds that, "Corvest now has the opportunity to diversify its product line while providing its customers with lower-cost items that are manufactured in the Tijuana, Mexico facility of its sister company, Siglo Holdings, Ltd. We also look forward to utilizing the Tijuana facility to give Corvest a bi-coastal distribution presence which will lower costs and shorten delivery times for its customers."
Findley and the Corvest management team are currently developing strategies to re-market the business and further develop relationships with key customers and vendors.
