    New Century Direct Acquired and Positioned for Growth

    Santa Fe Springs - A group of investors led by Bernard Findley today announced the acquisition of New Century Direct (NCD), a company that operates multiple world class brands in B2B and B2C markets. NCD will also contract with Findley’s existing company, Laserline™, a provider of protective and organizational media storage solutions and accessories.

    "We are excited to have closed on this significant transaction and look forward to combing the organizations and rolling out our new growth strategy," said Findley, new Principal of NCD. "The management team, led by CEO Steven Robinson, has just completed a two year turnaround plan which has dramatically improved operating efficiencies. We plan to leverage the existing infrastructure and increase sales by investing significantly in the development of new products as well as sales and marketing initiatives."

    New Century Direct is an online sales and marketing company that is vertically integrated and designs, manufactures, and markets a variety of photo presentation and office organization products. NCD owns a 35,00 square foot factory in Tijuana, Mexico and warehousing, distribution and corporate offices in Santa Fe Springs, California.
